How It Works
Submit your request
Describe the work needed or paste the relevant inspection items, along with the property city and any deadline.
Receive an estimate
Jon reviews the scope, legal eligibility, and scheduling availability, then sends an estimate for the items that qualify.
Schedule the work
Coordinate the approved repairs and access. Completion photos are provided when available.
Please note. Repairs are performed as described in the estimate. Completing them does not by itself satisfy escrow, lender, insurance, or contract requirements; confirm those with the parties involved. Items that need a permit or a licensed trade, or that bring a project to $1,000 or more, are referred to a licensed contractor, and repair lists are not divided into separate jobs to stay under the limit.
