Jon does the work himself. He focuses on the small repairs and upkeep that are easy to put off: a patched wall that matches the rest of the room, a door that closes properly, a loose fixture, a worn grout line, shelves that are level and secure.

Each job starts with a clear description and a written estimate, so you know what will be done and what it costs before work begins. If a request needs a permit, a licensed trade, or goes beyond the minor-work limit, Jon will say so upfront and suggest contacting a licensed contractor.
